To reward loyalty, members of Ardray will have a chance to win a master class with our Brand Ambassador and five experience kits.

To win you must be registered as an Ardray member, you will also have to invite one person you know to become one of our members and must subscribe to our newsletter. By subscribing both will get a ballot for the giveaway and a free shipping experience. You can invite as many friends as you want, for each of them you will get a ballot, but the free shipping will only be given for the first invitation only if the subscribe to the newsletter. This giveaway is only for UK market and will start December 11th 2023, until 14th January 2024, winner will be selected the 15th of January. During the following week the winner will be notified by email, address will be asked for the shipping. If the winner doesn’t provide it, we will select another one.

Terms & Conditions

By entering the Ardray referral campaign, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. The competition is run by Beam Suntory UK Limited (“we” and “us”) (Company Number 5591988); our registered office is at 2 Longwalk Road, Stockley Park, Uxbridge, Middlesex, England, UB11 1BA.
2. The competition is open only to entrants who are of legal drinking age in the UK, who are registered as an Ardray member, or has enter the giveaway following the process and subscribing to our newsletter. Proof of age will be required.
3. Prize: master class with our Brand Ambassador and five experience kits. And a free shipping for every guest that subscribed our newsletter and for the member that invited him, but just for the first invitation.
4. To enter: You must be registered as a member of Ardray or become one following this process and subscribing to our newsletter before 23:59 on January 14th 2024.
5. There is no alternative method of entry.
6. Only one entry per person is permitted. No multiple entries will be accepted. Bulk or third party entries will not be accepted.
7. Our employees and their immediate families, our agents or anyone else professionally connected with us or the competition shall not be permitted to enter.
8. All valid entries must be received before 23:59 January 14th 2024, which is the final day of the competition. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason up to and following the above date.
9. All valid entries will be entered into a prize draw and one entry will be selected at random from all valid entries. The winner will be contacted via email within 7 days of the competition closing. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. However, if the winner has not responded to our correspondence within 7 days of the initial contact, then an alternative winner may be selected. We have full discretion when applying these Terms & Conditions and our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
10. We are not responsible for the actions of entrants in connection with this competition in attempting to either circumvent these terms and conditions or interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the competition. Any entrant found to be tampering with or abusing the entries to this competition or anyone who we believe to be causing error or malfunction or disruption or damage may result in that entrant’s disqualification from this competition and their removal from the FOL Programme.
11. All personal information collected from entrants in connection with participation in this competition will be used as provided in Beam Suntory’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.beamsuntory.com/en/privacy-policy. By entering the competition entrants agree that their personal data submitted as part of the competition process will be stored and processed on our behalf as data controller in accordance with applicable data protection laws as follows. Entrants agree that such data may be used by us and by any data processors appointed by us for the purposes of business analysis and research with a view to improving the Friends of Laphroaig Programme, for the administration of this competition and to contact the winner of the competition and that winner’s name and address will be provided to third parties on request. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to us here. We may share entrants’ personal data with our programme delivery partner, CrowdTwist. We are careful about what we share and what our delivery partners can do with it and have suitable agreements with them in place. We will only hold entrants’ personal data for as long as we carry out the activities referred to above or have a valid reason to keep it.
12. We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the competition in our absolute discretion, provided that we shall no exercise this right unreasonably.
13.  Neither we nor our agents accept responsibility for any technical or other difficulties experienced in participating in this competition.
14.  Neither we nor our employees, agents and representatives accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by a winner (or anyone else) as a result of the redemption of their prize.

15. This competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by Scots law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the England Courts
